Meet Andee Sellman
Andee is the founder of Five Springs International Pty Ltd, an organization focused on developing measurement-based monitoring instruments to empower business owners so that they can successfully navigate the unique challenges of business ownership that often impacts both business and personal capacity.
Andee has more than 40 years working as an accountant, senior executive, and business coach across many diverse industries. He is passionate about helping business owners find the equilibrium between their personal and business life and is gifted in interpreting the story behind the numbers of businesses and nurturing the precious resources of relationships, time and money. He is committed to ‘rest’ as a way of traveling, and rhythm to make the traveling easier.
Having coached start-ups, business owners, and executives of medium sized organizations along with holding executive roles in finance and operational management, Andee understands the importance of finding a business rhythm that develops and maintains momentum by establishing goals and having clear and consistent monitoring of progress towards them.
His formative career was with BTR Nylex where he held the positions of both Finance Director and Group Chief Executive. Since 2000, Andee has predominantly coached business owners in the development and growth of their businesses.
He has authored several books, released two music albums and developed four trademarked business monitoring systems – The Financial Fence, The Development Compass, The Marketing Telescope and The Productivity Star.
Andee holds a BCom from Auckland University. He is married to Fran, and they have two adult children and one grandchild.
