Established in 2010, Glenn is the founder and CEO of LCP Global Pty Ltd, where his team’s passion for developing and supporting leaders has launched a suite of innovative and scalable leadership solutions that recognise the connection between personal well-being, resilience, and better performance.
With more than 25 years as a psychologist, senior leader, and executive coach working with leaders in more than 40 countries, his focus has been on developing tools where leaders can increase their capacity to lead themselves, others, and their businesses. Concerned that success in business often comes at the expense of other important goals and relationships, the mission of LCP Global is simply, to help leaders achieve their goals without sacrificing what is important.
